15.1 hands, weighs 1300 pounds, and wears a size 1 shoe. This gelding was started in a reined cow horse program and has now moved on to be a money earning competitive head horse at the rope horse futurities in Canada and is definitely no stranger to being won on at the jackpots. Max Bet is easy in the box, scores great, he has lots of run, rates the cow with ease, and finishes the run with a smooth fast face up. Max will fit any level of roper and is gentle enough for the kids too!
Max Bet is no slouch to ride around! He has all the reining maneuvers! Easy flying lead changes, great circler, smooth sliding stops, and will spin a hole in the ground effortlessly. Outside of being a rope horse this gelding would be a great candidate for the ranch versatility and is as honest as they come out on the trails. Not only is he the fanciest rope horse you’ll come across he is no stranger to a days worth of work either. Jack is a 15 hh dun gelding. This horse is extremely willing and gentle. We have used him for a lot of ranch work; he rides out alone, or in a group very nice as well as he's treated yearlings confidently. In the arena on the head side, he scores good, has a lot of run, and good rate. He stands quiet in both boxes. When heeling, he is simple to ride down the arena and through the turn and finishes with a nice smooth stop on his hind end. We have also spent a fair bit of time breakaway roping on Jack. His quick feet, solid mind in the box, as well as smooth stop makes this event easy for him.
