19th Annual Hershberger Performance Horse Sale
MARCH 1st 2024 - WEST WORLD - SCOTTSDALE, AZ
Dear Friends,
We are gearing up for our 19th annual Hershberger Performance Horse Sale. The date is set for March 1st and will be held at Westworld in Scottsdale. We are excited to be the kickoff event for the Sun Circuit Quarter Horse Show as well as the ARHFA Rope Horse Futurity. The Westworld facility is a beautiful, climate controlled indoor arena, it is sure to draw the previous buyers, as well as new clientele.
We will preview horses Thursday afternoon with a ranch riding challenge and a futurity format heading and heeling. However the horses can be any age. We will determine the winners with a combination of the judges score and time. It will be two full rounds. Friday the preview will start at 9:00 with cow horse, reining and roping. Cattle will be available to demonstrate and promote your horse. The sale will start at 1:00. As you know, we bring in some of the country’s best ring men and auctioneers. We are inviting you to consign reputable performance horses. Our goal is to continue to provide quality horses to sell in an environment that the buyers can preview and be comfortable with what they are purchasing. Again, we will accept consignments in all areas of performance horses: team roping, calf roping, cutters, reiners, and cow horses. Please check out our website for the online consignment form. Consignment fee is $250, 8% commission, 4% of last bid pass out fee. The sale will be advertised in major magazines throughout the West, along with social media. With the great weather, winter visitors, and a premium climate-controlled facility, it is sure to be a great sale weekend. Hope to see you February 29th and March 1st.
